CANCELLATION POLICY

At RnR Hair&Beauty we value our clients and strive to accomodate all appointment requests. Therefore we kindly ask that you notify us promptly if you are unable to keep your appoinment. This allows us to provide service to other clients that may be awaiting an appointment.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you inform us that you want to change or cancel an appointment on the day of, it will unfortunately result in a 50% charge of the service fee, which will be added to your account to be paid on your next visit. If we don’t hear from you and you don’t arrive, the full amount will be added to your account. If you are a new client this fee will need to be payed prior to your rescheduled appointment.

No cancellations can be made via social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)

Courtesy Call/ Email

As a courtesy to all our clients, we will call or email to confirm your services prior to your appointment date and will endeavour to contact you. In the event that you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy, should you forget about your appointment.
