Do I need a patch test before my colour appointment?
Only if it’s your first time ever colouring your hair, you’ve reacted to colour before, or you’re simply not sure and want the peace of mind. We pop a small amount of colour just behind your ear and you wait 24 hours no reaction, and you’re good to go for your appointment. If you’ve coloured before with no issues, you won’t need one.

What does “low-tox” actually mean at RnR?
It means ammonia-free, PPD free, cruelty free and vegan friendly colour we use O&M because it delivers real results without the harsh stuff. It’s not a marketing label, it’s what’s actually in the bottle.

What should I expect at my first visit?
A proper consultation before anything happens, so we’re on the same page about the result. You’ll get a complimentary drink and our full attention first visit or hundredth, it’s the same standard.

Do you only do balayage?
balayage, foils, full colour and corrective colour are all core services here. Balayage just tends to get the most attention on Instagram.

Do you do hair extensions?
We don’t offer hair extensions.

What are your hours, and how do I book?
Tuesday to Friday 9am–4/5/6pm, Saturday 7:30am–5pm, closed Monday and Sunday, book online any time via the Book Now button, or call us on (02) 9398 1717.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Inside 48 hours, the deposit isn’t refundable, that’s what lets us offer the spot to someone else.

Do you only service Randwick?
Randwick’s home base, but we also welcome clients from Coogee, Clovelly, Maroubra and the wider Eastern Suburbs.
